I started off as a residential sales and marketing rep for Fritts Roofing & Repair Co. in Ventura, California β chasing one-off jobs and struggling to build steady revenue.
That changed when Joe, the owner, told me about property management. He had a single relationship worth $500K to $1M a year. I realized that if just one relationship could have so much impact on a business, I needed to figure out how to build these relationships consistently.
As I set out to crack this code, I met my "Morpheus" β the National Sales Director for one of the largest home service companies in the U.S., responsible for placing BDRs in 335 locations nationwide. He shared with me the insights on why most home service companies fail with property management.
